As part of Foodhubs growth in the takeaway delivery management world. Bloon were tasked with creating a design and managing a trade stand for the Restaurant & Takeaway Innovation Expo at the Excel London.
What is The Restaurant & Takeaway Innovation Expo?

The Restaurant & Takeaway Innovation Expo delivers an incredible lineup of speakers, comprised of the world’s finest food business owners and professionals. Every seminar is guaranteed to deliver a compelling combination of ingenuity, innovation and insight, giving the audience plenty of food for thought.
The expo is a two day long show that allows company owners to meet new clients and show off their new technology to the takeaway and restaurant world. Even though Foodhub is a food based app for a delivery service they also work with takeaways to supply the back ground technology to run a successful takeaway business.
Designing and Building the Stand
Bloon supported Foodhub by using its in-house design team to produce a 3D render of what the stand could potentially look like. After some back and forth with design changes, Foodhub settled with a simple but effective design that also incorporated their newly branded Food Truck.
Using reputable companies previously worked with, Bloon managed the booking and build of the Foodhub Expo stand. Bloon used truss to create a display stand that could house TV’s to advertise Foodhubs screen menu system. RGB lighting was used to give a warm inviting feel to the stand. Foodhub used its technology to create a full system run through of the devices and system it uses to produce an order, the back office of receiving the order and sending it out for delivery. Doing this gave a great inside to how the technology worked and was a massive hit when potential clients were able to order donuts samples and drinks through the food ordering screens.
The stand was a massive success with Foodhub getting over 140 company signs out for more information on their tech. During the show Bloon had multiple attendees and other stands come and say how good to stand build was.
